Vi presenterar vårt senaste projekt – en ombyggnad en tidigare bankbyggnad i Österlen, Skåne.
Byggnaden, med sin historia som bank, har under åren omvandlats till bostäder. Vårt uppdrag var att vidareutveckla denna transformation genom en varsam men samtida renovering av en av lägenheterna.
Vi arbetar med ett evolutionärt angreppssätt, där vi tar tillvara på befintliga kvaliteter och strukturer snarare än att riva och ersätta. Genom diskreta ingrepp och noggrant övervägda materialval skapar vi funktionella, ljusa och harmoniska rum som resonerar med både platsens historia och nutidens krav.

We present our latest project – a conversion of a former bank building in Österlen, Skåne.
The building, with its history as a bank, has over the years been transformed into residential units. Our task was to further develop this transformation through a careful yet contemporary renovation of one of the apartments.
We work with an evolutionary approach, where we preserve and enhance existing qualities and structures rather than demolishing and replacing. Through subtle interventions and carefully considered material choices, we create functional, bright, and harmonious spaces that resonate with both the history of the place and the demands of the present.
